· Return/Exchange Window: 3 days from the date of delivery.
· Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
· Refund Method: Store credit only, issued within 15 days of the return request.
· Fee: A platform fee of ₹80 is deducted from the refund amount.
· Free Pickup: Return pickups are arranged by Prinisha at no extra cost.
· You can return or exchange an item within 3 days of receiving it.
· The item must be in its original, saleable condition with all tags attached and packaging unused.
· Important: If an item was damaged during transit, you must still keep the tags on it to be eligible for a return. Items damaged after tag removal may be rejected and sent back.

· Step 2: Prinisha will schedule a pickup with their courier partner.
· Step 3: The courier will collect the package from you within 3-5 business days at no charge.
· Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund amount (item price minus the ₹80 platform fee) will be credited to your account as Store Credit.
· For exchanges, you can choose the same item or a different one, subject to stock availability.
